This site is a motion system. Same easing, same language, every element — the grid, the pulses, the tiles, the panels. That consistency is the deliverable.

No demo frame here — scroll any page on this site instead. The hover states, the loading intro, the way panels open: that is what a system looks like once it is installed.

What this tier is not

A kit, not a website. Someone has to install it — I can, as an add-on, or your developer can from the guide. If you want it built in as well, that is Tier IV.
