Beginner → AdvancedFabric tied in a loop. Gentler on the hands, generous with inversions, and a good first apparatus for a lot of people.
BeginnerSingle-point work with more freedom of movement. Built on the strength you develop in silks.
Improver → AdvancedAerial for younger students, plus school-break camps built around strength, flexibility and confidence.
Ages 6+One to one, at your pace. Good for catching up, prepping choreography, or starting somewhere quiet.
All levelsBring a group in and let us run it. Birthdays, team days, and anything else worth doing off the ground.
All levelsDrop in on any class marked open. Trial students are welcome in beginner sessions.
You move up when the strength is there, not when the term ends. Jessica and Tiffany will tell you when.
Grip, hollow body, inverted tuck. Six to twelve weeks before you climb.
Climbs, foot locks, and your first three wraps. This is where it becomes fun.
Sequencing between shapes without touching down. Drops introduced under supervision.
Choreography, apparatus rigging theory, and the studio showcase each spring.
